Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Accountant responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation compliance, and office administration. Prior CA firm experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and ledger management.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and balance sheet finalisation.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organised financial documentation and records.

Tax & Compliance

  • Manage GST, TDS, and income tax compliance end-to-end.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and CA firms.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
  • Support management with financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Administration

  • Oversee general administrative activities and office operations.
  • Support cross-functional teams with financial data and documentation.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
  • Experience with Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Ability to prepare and analyse financial statements accurately.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
  • Prior CA firm experience is highly preferred.
  • Good organisational, multitasking, and communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati).

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. CA cleared preferred.
