Key Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
Business Process Analysis
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and recommend efficient workflows and process enhancements.
Documentation
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA.
- Facilitate clear communication and manage competing priorities effectively.
Agile & Project Collaboration
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Reporting & Insights
- Analyse data and generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs for decision-making.
- Track project metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
