Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and prospecting.
  • Generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Pitch IT solutions — software development, cloud services, automation.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client pain points and present tailored, compelling solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to accurately scope client requirements.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Negotiate proposals and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract.
  • Track opportunities and pipeline health using CRM tools.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience — IT sales strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with a proven track record.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
