Key Responsibilities
Operations & Planning
- Support founders in day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
- Manage scheduling, priorities, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Streamline processes and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research and R&D to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing business strategies and special projects.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research and decision-making.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth task execution and accountability.
- Facilitate communication between the leadership team and all departments.
Required Skills
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High R&D aptitude and strong self-learning ability.
- Self-motivated, self-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Excellent proficiency with AI tools and modern productivity platforms.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
