Key Responsibilities

AI & ML Engineering

  • Architect, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI applications — LLMs, Text-to-Speech, Image Generation.
  • Build multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and DSPy.
  • Optimise Docker environments for AI inference at scale.

Backend & Infrastructure

  • Design scalable real-time backend systems using FastAPI, Django, and Node.js.
  • Integrate AI features with full-stack applications (React, Next.js).
  • Manage cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

Data Engineering

  • Design end-to-end data pipelines and transformation workflows.
  • Handle data scraping, automation, and semi-structured data transformation.
  • Work with PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and vector databases (Qdrant).

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams.
  • Ensure high code quality standards and timely project delivery.
  • Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy across products.

Required Skills

  • Expert-level knowledge of Generative AI, MLOps, and AI/ML development.
  • Strong Python ecosystem skills — PyTorch, Transformers, Scikit-Learn.
  • Deep data engineering and web scraping experience.
  • Practical expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps.
  • Docker optimisation and serverless deployment experience.
  • Strong software architecture and scalable backend engineering skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
